Annual General Meeting 2022

Cereno Scientific's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 1, 2022, in Gothenburg. All documents relating to the meeting will be available on the company’s website no later than two weeks before the meeting.

Shareholders who have their shares registered through the bank's notary department or other nominee must, in order to be entitled to attend the meeting, temporarily register the shares in their own name. Such registration must be completed by May 23, which means that shareholders must notify the trustee well in advance of this date.
